Juan and his Mom run the best cleaning service I have ever experienced in the area. I went through trying 6 different companies before finding out about Juan by word of mouth. He has been cleaning my home in Chapel Hill and my daughter’s in Carrboro now for the better part of 6 years. We have had him help recently with a local move and the cleanup after was stellar! They go above and beyond and there seems to be no job too big or small. I’ve always found the prices reasonable.

When I seek out services blindly, I count on reviews. Of course, we all know you can’t please everyone all the time so to not see a perfect rating is to be expected. Not this company! A 5-star rating is truly appropriate! I contacted Juan inquiring about his services. From the very beginning, the feeling I got from him was, “how can we accommodate you.” I needed someone I could trust to do a sanitizing job for our move-in. We haven’t lived in an apartment since college, and my husband and I are in our 50s. Juan’s crew came out to do one move-in, and once we got there saw some things we weren’t happy with the unit. The crew, however, had already done their job before I got confirmation from the community of another offer. Juan without hesitation sent an additional crew out to clean the second apartment! His main concern was “we will deal with the additional monies later; making sure you’re moved in, settled, and satisfied is our main concern! He put us first from the beginning and each time his crew did an excellent job. They were very professional, empathetic, thorough and kind! Outstanding customer service, Home Clean Home! We will be using your services on a regular basis!

So today was my first home cleaning with Juan and his crew. What a job they did for me. With four crew members they were able to do a complete cleaning in 2 hours (my house is just under 1800 sf for reference). Juan asked me several times to check to see that I was satisfied with certain rooms in the house and provided some suggestions for maintenance in between cleanings. He was not only supervising his very professional and industrious crew, but also cleaning, too. When one of the crew members went out to clean my back screened-in porch, I couldn’t believe it! I am SO glad I found Juan and Home Clean Home!

Such a great experience. I hired them to clean my son’s house who he shares with three other college guys. Needless to say, it really needed a deep cleaning. They did such an amazing job. The house has never looked so clean. I will definitely be using the again!
